Article 1 (Scope of Personal Information Protection)

SOBA Project Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates and provides Shu Yamamoto's NFT (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") based on the following principles regarding personal information protection, and handles personal information with strict care. However, if there are provisions that differ from this Privacy Policy due to the regulations of each service, the terms of each service shall take precedence. Unless there is a specific contradiction, this Privacy Policy and other terms shall apply concurrently as a general rule. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for this Service. Personal information obtained by the Company from users of this Service (hereinafter simply referred to as "Users") will be managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
